Job Title: Mold Setter

Job Description

• Join a dynamic and dedicated team as a Mold Setter, where you will be responsible for performing mold changes and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities

• Perform 4-5 mold changes per shift, including locking out and tagging out machinery
• Unscrew all hoses, remove existing molds, and transport them to the tool room
• Insert new molds, attach water lines, and dial in temperatures
• Conduct a first-piece run-off and troubleshoot until the product is within specifications
• Work collaboratively in two-person teams within a shift of four individuals
• Produce secondary parts for further assembly at other plant locations

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in mold/die setting in the plastic industry
• Proficiency in working with cranes and Hilo forklifts, with 2 years of experience
• Ability to work an average of 6 days per week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.

Benefits start 30 days after hire. Good medical, dental, vision, 401k, short term life and 2 weeks pto.

This is a fully onsite position in LAKE ORION,MI.
