Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes from incoming materials to final product inspection.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits and continuous monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
• Manage, train, and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software or data analytics platforms.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning (e.g., APQP, PPAP).
• Lead Auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100).
