Responsibilities

• Apply tree, shrub, and turf fertilization, and insect and disease control programs safely and efficiently

• Evaluate job sites for pests, insects, weeds, and diseased vegetation

• Properly mix, fill tanks, load, deliver, apply, and store chemicals

• Maintain and repair equipment as needed

• Document and retain pesticide application use records in compliance with local, state, and federal law

• Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards and company guidelines

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns

• Complete administrative procedures and attend meetings as required

• Perform winter services such as snow clearing, plowing, shoveling, and salting as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & Reliable transportation is REQUIRED

• Current Pesticide Applicator OR Registered Technician License preferred (Testing available)

• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record

• Professional understanding of chemicals, fertilizers, and controlled substances

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently and meet challenging goals

• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
