Landscape Fertilization Technician

Apply tree, shrub, and turf fertilization, and insect and disease control programs safely and efficiently
Evaluate job sites for pests, insects, weeds, and diseased vegetation
Properly mix, fill tanks, load, deliver, apply, and store chemicals
Maintain and repair equipment as needed
Document and retain pesticide application use records in compliance with local, state, and federal law
Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards and company guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
Complete administrative procedures and attend meetings as required
Perform winter services such as snow clearing, plowing, shoveling, and salting as needed
Qualifications
Valid driver's license & Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
Current Pesticide Applicator OR Registered Technician License preferred (Testing available)
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Professional understanding of chemicals, fertilizers, and controlled substances
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet challenging goals
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
