Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality specifications.
• Managing the plant budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the plant team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Implementing and championing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Overseeing the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• Proficiency in advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
