Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical components, wiring, and control systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical infrastructure to ensure reliability.
• Diagnose complex electrical malfunctions using schematics, test equipment, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other automation controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial control systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Thorough understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and diagnostics experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Logix 5000)
• Robotics electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) programming and optimization
• Instrumentation and controls calibration/troubleshooting experience
