Maintenance Technician III
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on new equipment and maintain older machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, devices, and products across production and packaging lines. Service and repair industrial machinery.
- Work with electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Calibrate, adjust, fabricate, or repair components as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Utilize SAP (preferred) and basic diagnostic tools to track maintenance activities.
- Operate forklifts (training provided).
Skills:
- Proficiency with basic hand tools, drills, and impact tools.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance tracking software is a plus.
- Preventive maintenance procedures.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Hydraulic systems knowledge.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 3–5 years in a technician or maintenance role
