Overview
Position Summary
Legacy Center Operations Team Member: The Legacy Center Operations Team Member follows a weekly task list set by the Operations Director in providing a clean, safe, and functional environment for the events and activities of the Legacy Center Sports Complex.
Operations Team Member Responsibilities
Develop a working understanding of all sports programming, events, and activities on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with Administrative Team Members and Sports Directors.
Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to sports field preparation, grass cutting, and snow removal.
Indoor and outdoor field setup / teardown (multi-sport, multi-event, etc.).
Fulfill work orders, as needed.
Follow all facility Policies & Procedures.Operations Team Member Requirements
Must be dependable with a positive attitude and capable of performing physical tasks.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to be resourceful and proactive with issues that may arise.
Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently, accept responsibility with limited supervision.
Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
