Location: Wyoming, MI
Shift: 1st Shift 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Pay: $17.00 + per hour based on experience
Job SummaryAre you a motivated and dependable individual looking to grow your skills in a hands-on environment? We’re seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Wyoming, MI . In this role, you’ll assist in the fabrication, packaging, and preparation of acrylic and plastic materials while supporting daily production operations.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a General Laborer , your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing plastic materials using basic fabrication skills
- Packaging and palletizing finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, both indoors and outdoors
- Assisting with outdoor property maintenance (mowing, weeding, light landscaping)
- Reading and responding to work-related emails as needed
- Supporting other warehouse and fabrication tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (9 hours per day)
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16" (decimal or fraction)
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Great attendance record and reliability
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication; ability to speak English as a primary or secondary language
