Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Livonia, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity with consistent home time and minimal physical demands? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes across the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to prioritize family time and personal commitments while driving steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, enabling you to focus on driving without heavy physical work.
Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area: Routes span Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Other benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.
