Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and industrial control systems (ICS/OT).
• Ensure the high availability and reliability of critical production systems and applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and operational technology environments.
• Lead IT projects such as ERP implementations, MES deployments, and automation initiatives.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for all IT-related issues across the plant.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and service level agreements.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise with manufacturing specific systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, or industrial IoT platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, and budgets, aligning IT strategy with production goals.
• Experience ensuring high availability and reliability of critical IT/OT systems to minimize production downtime.
• Solid understanding of IT/OT convergence, data integration, and compliance within an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC integration.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity.
• Proven track record supporting major ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
