Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on product application and integration.
• Analyze customer manufacturing requirements and recommend optimal product solutions and configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept testing in manufacturing environments.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, partners, and sales teams on product usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product performance and integration within manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to provide field feedback for continuous product improvement and new feature development.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and configuration guides.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supporting manufacturing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technical information.
• Proficiency with manufacturing automation systems, PLCs, robotics, or relevant CAD/CAM software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific manufacturing software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLM, MES).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
• Data analysis and visualization skills for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
