Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits support.
• Oversee vendor relationships for facility services and office-related contracts.
• Assist with the maintenance of health and safety documentation and compliance records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and deliveries for the facility.
• Track office budget, process invoices, and manage expense reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or manufacturing-related software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with all levels of staff and external vendors.
• Experience with office budget management, supply procurement, and overseeing facility services.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols or quality management systems
• Understanding of basic supply chain or inventory management principles
• Experience coordinating facility maintenance or vendor relationships in a production environment
