Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Associate/Manager to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.

Summary:

• Job Position: Construction Safety Manager.
• Rate of Pay: ​Salary + (85,000-100,000)​ (based on experience) W2, employee role.
• Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's. Plus additional compensation for OT.
• Location: Marshall, MI
• Project duration approx. 2+ yrs

Requirements:

• MUST be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (normal conversations & Technical conversations)
• OSHA 510, CHST Preferred or additional experience.
• Prefer local to the project but will do per diem
• 7-10 years of construction safety management experience.
• Ability to start this project ASAP
• Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
• Great communication - written & verbally
• Interpreter/Translator - Willingness to complete tasks as required; minimum 5 years of technical translating experience in industrial and/or construction environment.
