Details:• Outpatient Family Medicine Physician with an established patient panel
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• 12-18 patients per day
• HPSA Score: 15
• 4'day work week supporting exceptional work'life balance
• Brand new, state'of'the'art clinic with Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, and strong clinical support Compensation and Benefits:
• $300K+ evergreen base salary guarantee, including 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU'based compensation structure
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided
• Student loan repayment program available
