Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or service delays.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Provide basic technical information and support for manufactured products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex product specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and order management/ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail for accurate order processing and record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory, or supply chain processes.
• Understanding of technical product specifications or manufacturing terminology.
• Previous experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
