Business Intelligence Senior Associate

Akkodis is seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Associate for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is dedicated to enabling intelligent business decisions through thoughtfully designed, scalable analytics and visualization solutions.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Intelligence Senior Associate Job Responsibilities include:

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data-driven solutions that enable intelligent decision-making.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable metrics, reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics using advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify business trends, data gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Develop and optimize data models, queries, and analytical workflows using SQL, Python, R, and related tools to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Continuously enhance analytics methodologies, visualization standards, and KPI frameworks to improve adoption and analytical maturity.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data quality, usability, and end-to-end analytics performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics solution design roles.

• Proven experience designing and delivering analytics solutions, dashboards, and KPI frameworks using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Python, or R.

• Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
