  • Interior Design & Environment Enhancement:
    • Lead interior design projects, from concept development to final installation, creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and productive workspaces.
    • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, and materials, considering durability, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and company brand.
    • Collaborate with employees and leadership to understand preferences and needs, translating them into practical design solutions.
    • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g., ADA) and health and safety regulations.
    • Oversee the staging and setup of new spaces, ensuring a smooth transition for occupants.
    • Contribute to the overall look and feel of the facility, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal customers regarding facility-related projects and space needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the facilities team and other departments.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with a wide range of vendors and service providers.
