Position: Clinical Research Coordinator (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in coordinating aspects of clinical trials from recruitment to close-out

· Conduct patient visits and required data entry

· Maintain accurate, timely, and complete source documentation

· Communicate with physicians, sponsors, and study monitors

· Ensure adherence to protocol requirements and regulatory compliance

· Collect, process, and ship biological specimens as needed

· Maintain meticulous study files and logs

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Biology, Public Health)

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning in a team-oriented clinical research setting.

· Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and patient safety

· Phlebotomy experience is a strong plus but not mandatory

· Prior experience in clinical research is helpful but not required as we provide training

· Reliable transportation is required
