Office Services Coordinator
Be the Heart of Our Front Office
FitzGerald Morris Baker Firth, P.C. is looking for a dynamic, personable professional to serve as the welcoming presence and connecting voice of our firm. This role sits at the center of our daily operations, shaping first impressions and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will create a warm, polished experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office. You will also play a key role in keeping our office organized, responsive, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, delivering an outstanding client experience
- Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting logistics
- Handle incoming calls with confidence and clarity
- Maintain relationships with business vendors and service providers
- Oversee mail distribution and office supply inventory
- Support invoicing and accounts payable processes
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, if aligned with your background and interests, with growth in compensation to match
