Classification : Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Entity : The Christian Family Centre

Reports To : Assistant Centre Director

ABOUT US.

Lenawee Christian Ministries provides Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and wellness services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ. The ministry is made up of two operating entities: Lenawee Christian School and the Christian Family Centre, located in Adrian, MI.

• Lenawee Christian School exists in partnership with the family and church to integrate Biblical truth for life with a commitment to glorifying Jesus Christ through academic excellence and spiritual maturity.
• The Christian Family Centre is a world-class fitness and family activity facility that strives to assist families and individuals grow in their physical, social, and spiritual wellness with Jesus Christ being the center.

POSITION SUMMARY.

The Christian Family Centre is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Member and Guest Services Associate. In this role you will help serve our vision and mission by providing friendly, God-honoring customer service to all Centre members and guests, as well as working to meet sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Knowledge of every program, service, or event happening within The Centre
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery.
• Assist the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Protect database integrity.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions.
• Master and effectively communicate information about The Centre's programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities.
• Complete general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and reporting.
• Assist with any delegated responsibilities.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Knowledge & Skills :
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to type accurately, quickly, and efficiently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.
  • Ability to work varied shift hours and rotating Saturdays.
