Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily plant operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control standards across the facility.
• Manage plant budget, optimize operational costs, and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in production planning, quality control, safety protocols, and supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field
• Experience managing a unionized workforce
