Step into a Day on Our Quality Team

When the day shift lights come on, you’re the guardian of precision. You’ll review aerospace blueprints, set up on the surface plate, and verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and a height gage. Throughout the day you’ll document results in a paperless system, collaborate with machinists and engineers, and apply your working knowledge of GD&T to release parts with confidence.

Role Snapshot

• Full-time, day shift inspection of precision aerospace components
• Read and interpret blueprints/specifications ; apply GD&T
• Perform surface plate layout and dimensional verification
• Use micrometers, calipers, and height gages to confirm tolerances
• Record findings accurately in a paperless, computer-based system
• Leverage DSQR experience to support quality decisions and documentation

What You Bring

• Proficiency reading blueprints and solid working knowledge of GD&T
• Hands-on experience with surface plate layout and dimensional inspection
• Comfort using micrometers, calipers, and a height gage
• Computer literacy and accuracy in a paperless environment
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• DSQR experience
