Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee visitor reception, ensuring adherence to facility security and safety protocols.
- Provide administrative support for manufacturing operations, including production-related documentation.
- Act as a liaison for HR functions, assisting with new hire onboarding and employee record keeping.
- Manage office vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
- Coordinate internal communications and organize company meetings or events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with basic accounting procedures, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) or quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Prior experience supporting HR functions within a plant or factory environment.
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics administrative processes.
