Optometrist | Float - Grand Rapids, Michigan

As a member of this spectacular team, you can practice full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye care services for the best patient care with three days in Kalamazoo and two days in Grand Rapids.
Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
- Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
- Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
- Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
- Base Annual Salary: $155,000 - $175,000
- Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
- Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
- $250 monthly car allowance

Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
