THERAPIST (MA/MSW)
Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
Full-Time Days, Friday - Monday, 10-hour shift
Minimum Salary: $72,000 Maximum Salary: $75,000

Responsibilities:
The therapist role is designed to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within the acute care, residential or outpatient settings. Additionally, therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment. As the Acute Care Social Worker, this individual will have oversight of all social work functions for acute patients and staff. This would include Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans and Active Treatment, Discharge Planning, and social work personnel.

Qualifications
Requirements: Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computer, ability to maintain confidentiality. Able to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must be able to maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Ability to act professionally in high stress situations.

E ducation/Experience:
Masters degree in a counseling related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year clinical experience working with one of the following populations: Children, Adolescent, or Adult
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requires full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients. Ability to perform CPR and first aid. Ability to work rotating schedules. Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary. Must be able to speak, read and write. Emotional stability necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Vision and hearing sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
