We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative yet self-driven team member to join our growing inventory team. Are you passionate about systems, processes and people? A structure doesn’t stand with out support and our inventory team is a critical component in supporting our Veterinary practices. The inventory team ensures we have the right medication, equipment and tools that our hospitals need to ensure that our clients, patients and team needs are met.
The Inventory Manager will also have a heavy focus on analytics and audits of practice management software, inventory reports and cost analysis that have an impact on our cost of goods.
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for working within the department and with each of our Site Leaders or practice managers on how to control their inventory. The inventory Manger will have to identify where the issues are, create a plan of action and then communicate what steps need to be taken to improve results.
As an Inventory Manager, you will be joining our expert Inventory Team, where you will collaborate and work alongside talented inventory professionals to ensure our practices have the equipment, medicine, tools, and resources they need! Included in this position will be software management, data analysis, team engagement, and more! This is a dynamic and evolving role, with plenty of growth opportunity!
Job Responsibilities-
-Oversee day to day inventory operations
-SOP creation and implementation
-Answer inventory questions from team members and clinical sites
-Assist in completing Basecamp to-do tasks
-Collaborate and assist in team training and engagement
Job Requirements-
- Minimum of 3-5 years of inventory experience
-Associate Degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
-Clinical inventory experienced preferred but not required
-Strong Excel abilities is required
