General Laborer
We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our team. General Laborers are critical members of our team, ensuring our products are stored and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. If you have excellent managerial skills and love coordinating lots of details, this challenging position is right for you!
We are looking for full-time general laborers in Lapeer, MI who have experience in:
- Perform any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
- Operate any equipment needed to perform job
- Perform related duties as needed by supervisor
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Following strict safety and compliance procedures
Applicants must:
- be comfortable working on their feet for 8 hours a day
- be able to lift 80 pounds
- be able to climb a step stool or ladder and reach above shoulders
- pass a background check and drug screen
- be able to work variable shifts which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
