Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and multi-point vehicle inspections. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive fast, efficient, and high-quality service every time they visit. Job Type & Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Day Shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and tire services
• Inspect vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, and steering for wear and tear
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skillset

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of general automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance procedures and tools
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify maintenance needs and perform preventive service
• Communication: Clear verbal communication and strong teamwork skills
• Technology: Willingness to learn and operate electronic inspection tools and systems
• Attitude: Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
