Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and multi-point vehicle inspections. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive fast, efficient, and high-quality service every time they visit. Job Type & Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Day Shifts
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and tire services
- Inspect vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, and steering for wear and tear
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skillset
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of general automotive maintenance experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance procedures and tools
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify maintenance needs and perform preventive service
- Communication: Clear verbal communication and strong teamwork skills
- Technology: Willingness to learn and operate electronic inspection tools and systems
- Attitude: Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
