Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong expertise in residential electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of residential wiring codes and practices, be reliable and safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install automatic standby generator systems according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.

• Perform electrical panel upgrades and service changes.

• Install new electrical circuits to HVAC systems and other home appliances.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete miscellaneous residential electrical service calls and installations.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the company on job sites.

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds applicable safety standards and local electrical codes.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License (required)

• Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code) and Michigan electrical codes

• Experience installing Generac generators

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
