As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail. You will work alongside a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment focused on excellence, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences. • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, chopping, marinating, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen prep duties
• Support catering events and special functions as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining kitchen experience required
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
• Excellent knife skills and food preparation knowledge
• Positive attitude with teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for cooking and hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
