Project Coordinator
Large utility is looking for a Project Coordinator in Livonia, MI. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or communications and experience as a dashboard developer to provide project administration, budget oversight, and data visualization using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel. education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Provide general project administration and administrative support.
- Maintain organized project notes, files, and records.
- Review, validate, and document project-related invoices.
- Execute checks and balances to ensure accurate financial and progress reporting.
- Ensure all accounting guidelines and compliance standards are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Partner with program managers to manage budgets and meet stakeholder commitments.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive data visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Extract and transform data from various sources for analysis.
- Utilize Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks to create actionable dashboards.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, communicable insights for non-technical users.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure with a patient demeanor.
- Apply SQL and Excel proficiency to data analysis and budget management.
