Reliance Community Care Partners has a unique opportunity for a full-time Eligibility Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to work as an essential part of an interdisciplinary health care team.

What Will You Do?
In this community-based program, the Eligibility Specialist is responsible for entering and monitoring eligibility for participants in all Reliance Community Care Partners programs.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of work related experience in administrative support, auditing and/or public relations
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Technical skills in software programs
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance along with reliable transportation
Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare and Medicaid payers is highly valued
