Objective : As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Oakland County's affluent market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! We will participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
• Navigate Metro Detroit: Safely operate trucks through Troy's neighborhoods and surrounding Oakland County communities
• Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Michigan properties
• Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the affluent Troy community
• Michigan-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during challenging winter conditions

Requirements:Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Metro Detroit area preferred
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable Michigan weather conditions
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within Southeast Michigan is highly valued
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Troy and surrounding Oakland County communities is a plus
