Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in industrial machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Document service activities, repairs performed, and parts used accurately and timely.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures during all service operations.
• Travel frequently to various client manufacturing facilities as required.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Proven field service experience, including travel to manufacturing sites.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex equipment issues.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and completing detailed service reports.
• Valid driver's license and a commitment to safety protocols in industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming, industrial networking, or HMI configuration.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and clear technical communication.
• Familiarity with advanced automation technologies such as robotics, vision systems, or laser applications.
• Prior experience with new equipment installation, commissioning, or factory acceptance testing (FAT).
