Drive Innovation and Collaboration in Supply Chain Engineering! We're looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to join our North America Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between sourcing and engineering-ensuring smooth execution of projects related to elevator components. What You'll Do + Support Sourcing Projects: Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFIs to ensure competitive and accurate supplier proposals. + Coordinate Technical Requirements: Gather drawings and specifications for RFQs and schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering teams. + Manage First Article Inspections: Submit requests through internal systems and follow up until completion. + Maintain Accuracy: Update RFQ tracking systems and load supplier pricing into ERP systems. + Ensure Timely Implementation: Follow up with awarded suppliers and collaborate with other departments for cadence reporting. What You Bring + Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain. + Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering or supply chain roles within manufacturing. + Skills:Proficiency in RFQ processes, ERP systems, and supply chain management. + Ability to read engineering drawings and navigate drawing databases. + Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access experience is a plus. + Familiarity with JDE applications and processes. + Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
