Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

• Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and facilities at a newly relocated plant
• As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant's machinery, collaborating with operators, electricians, and engineers to maintain the entire plant floor
• You will be involved in projects beyond the usual scope, contributing to a team-oriented environment to support the plant’s growth

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and facility maintenance around the plant
• Collaborate with operators, electricians, and control technicians on each shift
• Ensure all machinery, including wet test machinery, is functioning correctly
• Assist with building lockers, painting, and moving equipment as part of facility tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, ensuring the preventative maintenance program is adhered to
• Contribute to new line setups for additional E-pumps for EV vehicles in 2025 and 2026

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance tech in a fast-paced industrial automotive setting
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance of pumps, gears, motors, and valves
• 3+ years of experience in hydraulic troubleshooting on industrial machines
• Experience in pneumatics troubleshooting, including pneumatic cylinders and air pneumatics

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
