Job Title: Hybrid Business Assistant
Company: QT Business Solutions
Primary Worksite: 24681 Northwestern Hwy, Ste 3105, Southfield, MI 48075 — Hybrid (2–3 in-office days per week)

Position Summary

You’ll be the operational glue that keeps projects, people, and paperwork moving. Split your time between our Southfield office and remote work, handling executive scheduling, client onboarding, KPI tracking, event coordination, and conference support. This role demands flexibility —some duties take place in the evening or on weekends, and you may travel locally to assist at business expos and community events.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Project Support – Manage calendars, prep meetings, track tasks in Keap CRM, and handle any additional administrative assignments from the executive team.

• KPI Tracking & Reporting – Monitor the team KPI dashboard daily; report completion status and variances. Update KPI-assessment software with weekly and monthly team reviews.

• Client Onboarding & Service – Welcome clients; collect documentation; set up LLCs, company domains, and professional email accounts ; maintain organized digital files; and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

• Financial & Administrative Tasks – Generate invoices.

• Conference & Outreach Support – Set up and staff QT exhibit tables at conferences, workshops, and community events (sometimes evenings or weekends).

• Office & Event Coordination – Keep the office stocked and running smoothly on in-person days; assist with logistics for webinars and internal workshops.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or client-service role

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and at least one CRM (Keap/HubSpot/Salesforce)

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable transportation for on-site work and local event travel around Metro Detroit

Nice-to-Have

• Bookkeeping coursework or certification

• Experience in consulting, financial services, or startups

• Familiarity with project-management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello)

Schedule

Part-time (25 hrs) to full-time (40 hrs). Core hours 9 AM–3 PM ET for routine duties, plus occasional evening or weekend shifts to support conferences and outreach event
