Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Collections - Contacting customers for past due balances both domestic and international


• Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records


• Computing and reporting numerical data


• Checking the accuracy of business transactions


• Performing data entry and administrative duties


• Working with wholesale fashion industry companies


• Facilitating incoming payments by check, credit card, or wire


• Monitoring AR accounts & communicates any discrepancies with customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Associates Degree in Accounting


• Three years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields


• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP principles


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Strong organizational skills


• Deadline and detail-oriented


• Ability to work well in a team environment


• Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is an onsite, in-person job. The hours are M - F, 9am-6pm, with a 1 hour lunch break

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

In addition to our pure cashmere, we source the best yarns from Italy. Each year our designers hand-select the purest cotton and highest quality yarn for the Women’s, Men’s, and Kid’s collections.
