Creative Design Specialist
The Creative Design Specialist will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of Campfire Interactive. This role bridges marketing and product design – responsible for creating compelling visual assets that strengthen brand presence, while also contributing design input to enhance our product’s user interface. This is a growth role ideal for a designer looking to expand from core graphic design into UI/UX design within an enterprise SaaS environment.
Job Description
Marketing & Brand Design
- Develop high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, social media creatives, presentations, email visuals, and event collateral.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing to bring campaigns to life with engaging visuals aligned to messaging and audience needs.
- Support sales enablement with design of decks, one-pagers, and case study layouts.
- Manage and evolve web presence visualization.
Product UI Support
- Support design of product interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity design assets.
- Provide visual design support for new features, modules, and workflows within Campfire’s Profitability Operating System.
- Collaborate and support product and engineering to refine UI elements that improve usability and align with brand aesthetics.
- Participate in user feedback sessions and translate insights into design improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align design work with business goals.
- Contribute ideas and creative input in brainstorming sessions, brand workshops, and product roadmap discussions.
- Support internal communications with design materials that drive clarity and engagement.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of professional design experience in graphic design, digital media, or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (or equivalent UI/UX design tools).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application across digital and print.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Curiosity and drive to grow into product UI/UX design, beyond traditional marketing graphics.
