**️ About the Role** We're seeking skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or backhoes-and take pride in precision and efficiency-we want to hear from you! ** Responsibilities** + Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner + Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues + Follow site plans and supervisor instructions + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Adhere to safety protocols and company policies **✅ Requirements** + Proven experience operating heavy equipment (minimum 2 years preferred) + Valid equipment operator certification/license + Ability to work in varying weather conditions + Strong attention to detail and safety + Willingness to work assigned shift (1st or 2nd) **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
