Job Summary
We are actively seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and renovation projects across our expanding portfolio. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track—on time, on budget, and up to our high quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a background in construction or field operations, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at renovation and construction sites across Michigan.

• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.

• Coordinate project schedules and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on target.

• Review blueprints, scopes of work, and contracts to ensure accurate execution.

• Use digital tools and apps to manage field documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality, timelines, and team performance.

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain project momentum.

• Lead and train field teams on best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field management, renovation oversight, or construction operations.

• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, timelines, and safety standards.

• Skilled in reading blueprints and managing subcontractor crews.

• Familiarity with project management software and estimating tools.

• Experience managing flips or pipeline renovation projects is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (travel within Michigan).
