As a contributor within their practice, this consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solutions to a project team. Supports the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

You will help with enhancements to Oracle CX: Service, Field Service, Subscription Management and Sales products to meet very sophisticated customer needs. Exercise creativity and independent judgment to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Partners with fantastic consulting teams on meaningful projects; works on significant and unique issues. Enables business development efforts by providing domain support and expertise. Helps to solve sometimes challenging customer-critical issues. Supports the customer process direction and decisions by providing configuration support across various industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Understanding Oracle Fusion Cloud CX functionality and capabilities to support the teams in designing and developing applications, along with assisting with quarterly update testing and new feature evaluation.Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members. Effectively consults with the management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• At least 10+ years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud CX applications- Service, Field Service, Subscription Management and Sales Modules (including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT and SIT and system configuration)

• Exceptional communication skills

• Able to travel as needed; up to 60-70% of the time.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $95,000 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
