In this role, you will:

• Exemplify your reliability, patience, flexibility, and leadership by regularly communicating and working well with colleagues and customers.
• Feel a sense of accomplishment when problem-solving, setting goals with crew members, and training new hires.
• Flex your organizational and time management abilities by finishing jobs on time and updating your supervisor with project progress.
• Demonstrate your technical knowledge when working on a fleet of around 25 trucks and diesel equipment including skid steers, front-end loaders, topsoil screeners, compactors, and excavators.
• Perform essential mechanical tasks such as repairing small engines, replacing brake pads, changing basic fluids, and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the warehouse, and assist with unloading semis as needed.
• Gain strength by lifting at least 50 pounds daily on job sites.
