• Salary Range : $75,000- $90,000+ Position Type: Full-Time

• Bonuses : Sign-on bonus and Monthly Incentives

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapis t to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results

• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines

• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers

• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians

• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals

• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we'd love for you to start your career with us!

• Current or upcoming state of MI Physical Therapy license and CPR certification

• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus.
