Position Overview:

As the HVAC Install Apprentice , you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, where you’ll learn essential skills for career advancement. You will assist with equipment setup, ductwork installation, and overall job site preparation, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist lead installers in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for each job
• Assist with ductwork assembly, equipment positioning, and system testing
• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
• Communicate with team members to provide exceptional customer service

What Does It Take?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Certification preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
