Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor key process performance indicators, analyze data, and report on trends and deviations to drive improvements.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, maintenance) to ensure seamless process integration and operational success.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply process optimization techniques, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, Arena)
• Experience with automation design and implementation (e.g., robotics, advanced control systems)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region
