Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience across manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs, and ensure material availability for production.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and warehousing, for manufacturing materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate closely with production planning and operations teams to ensure seamless material flow and support manufacturing schedules.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain processes, leveraging data and lean principles.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors, to ensure production continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation or significant module upgrades.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
