Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through project execution in manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) or MES
• Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 concepts
• Experience with regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO 9001)
