Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and EHS audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze data, and report findings to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and environmental performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations.
• Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager).
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with EHS management software systems (e.g., Intelex, Gensuite, Sphera).
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology certification.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce (e.g., Spanish).
• Experience managing EHS in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
