About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join the IT side of our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions within our font production processes.

You will act as a liaison between IT, Product Owners, Sales & Commercial teams, and Marketing, translating business needs into technical requirements and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales & Commercial teams, and Marketing to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise, and comprehensive IT requirements.

Work closely with IT developers and engineers to design and implement

technology solutions that meet business requirements.

Contribute to the development of user stories, use cases, and other

documentation to support system development.

Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet defined standards.

Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and other departments involved in loose letters production.

Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Identify trends and opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years experience in .Net development.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and solutions.
